夜のベッドに体を預ける。
部屋は暗く、音はほとんどない。
なにも考えていないようで、なにかがゆっくり浮かんでは消えていく。
時間だけが、やわらかく流れている。

少しずつ、固まっていたものがほどけていく気がします。
うまくできなかったことや、言葉にできなかった感情も、
ここでは無理に形を持たなくても大丈夫だと思えてきます。

この作品は、休むことの中で世界がゆるんでいく感覚を描いたものです。

どこにも馴染めないままでも、静かな場所は残されています。
そのままでいられる時間が、そっと広がっていきます。

…気づけば、なにかが少しだけ軽くなっているかもしれません。
その変化に名前をつける必要は、きっとありません。


I lie on the bed at night.
The room is quiet and dim.
Nothing is clear, but something gently comes and goes in my mind.
Only time is moving, slowly and softly.

Little by little, something inside begins to loosen.
Things that didn’t go well, or feelings without words,
start to feel okay just as they are.

This piece is about the world slowly softening while we rest.

Even if you don’t fit anywhere, a quiet place can still exist.
A space where you don’t have to change anything.

...Maybe, without noticing, something becomes a little lighter.
There is no need to name that feeling.

グレード / Grade: 3

本楽譜のグレード表記は、大手出版社の基準とは異なり、習熟に必要な練習期間も加味した独自基準に基づいています。
たとえば、グレード3は「演奏経験 約3〜4年程度の奏者」向けで、十分な演奏に至るには通常1ヶ月程度の練習期間を想定しています。
