一日の終わり、街の喧騒がゆっくりと遠ざかっていく時間があります。
人の声や車の音が少しずつ消えていくとき、
ふと、自分の心の音が聞こえてくることがあります。

この曲は、そんな「喧騒の向こう側」にある静かな時間を描いた作品です。

誰かと競う必要もなく、何かを証明する必要もない、
ただ自分のままでいられる場所。

夜の静けさの中で、自分の呼吸や感情をゆっくりと感じながら、
少しずつ心が落ち着いていく瞬間を音にしました。

もし日々の忙しさの中で疲れてしまったとき、
この小さな音楽が、静かな時間に寄り添えたら嬉しいです。


At the end of the day, there is a moment when the noise of the world slowly fades away.
The sounds of people, cars, and busy streets become quieter, and the night begins to feel calm and open.
When the noise is gone, we sometimes start to hear something else — our own thoughts and feelings.
This piece was written to express that quiet moment.

It is about a place where you do not need to compete, and you do not need to prove anything to anyone.
You can simply be yourself.

In the quiet of the night, this music invites you to slow down, breathe, and spend a peaceful moment with your own thoughts.

本楽譜のグレード表記は、大手出版社の基準とは異なり、習熟に必要な練習期間も加味した独自基準に基づいています。
