『Calmia』は、英語の「calm（穏やか）」と、
イタリア語の「mia（私の）」を組み合わせた造語です。
意味は「私だけの静けさ」。

まるで風のない早朝、うすく霧のかかった森の中。
遠くの鳥の声が、音もなく木々に溶けていく。
そこには誰もいなくて、ただあなたと、あなたの音だけが、静かにそこにあります。

テンポはゆっくり、音数も少なく、ひとつひとつの音に「間」があります。
その間は、孤独ではなく「安心できる静けさ」として描かれています。

アンサンブルが苦手でも、誰かと合わせるのが怖くても、
一人で音を出すこの時間が、ちゃんとあなたを音楽の中に連れていってくれます。

あなたのテンポで、あなたの呼吸で。
この2分弱の楽曲が、あなたにとっての静けさの避難所となりますように。


The title Calmia is a made-up word, blending calm (peaceful) and mia (Italian for “mine”).
It means “my own calm.”

Imagine an early morning forest—still and covered in soft mist.
No one’s around. Only your footsteps, your breath, and your sound.
That’s what this piece is made of.

The tempo is slow. Each note has space.
But the silence between the sounds isn’t lonely—it’s safe.
It’s where you get to just be.

If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t fit in an ensemble, or if matching others feels hard or scary—this piece is for you.
You don’t have to rush or follow. Just take your time.
